30 Days of Thanks: Day 29

Join us for thirty days of thanks, as we enter into God's throne room to show our gratitude for His goodness and blessings through scripture, praise and prayer.

Day 29:

Heavenly Father,  I am very grateful to live in a country that allows the gospel message of Jesus Christ to be published and shared.

Thank You Lord for blessing our nation, even though we have strayed from You.  I pray for the salvation of this nation and that she return to You as our ancestors did.  Continue to shine Your face on us with favor so that Your ways will be spread throughout the earth, and all nations would come to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Be gracious and bless us God, and may this nation lift up the name of Jesus, now and forever.

*For those who trust in Jesus Christ, God gives the promise of life here but also the gift of eternal life (in Heaven; a Kingdom that cannot be shaken) as an inheritance of being His child.  If you would like to have this gift also, click here to learn more.

Until next time, favored blessings!

Give Thanks for Grace

Dear Friends,

I’m spending time with loved ones for the holiday weekend and pray that you are able to be among those you favor as well.

With the holiday season officially underway, over the next few weeks I encourage you to focus on developing your "rest" skills from my teaching series Ten Biblical Reasons for Rest and Relaxation.   Why not begin your study right now?  Here are the links:

Ten Biblical Reasons for Rest and Relaxation:

As we are away from one another let us give thanks for the grace we have received from our Heavenly Father, and for the fellowship we enjoy together here on Daily Favor.

Until next time, have a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!

Fay

Note: Emphasis may be given in some scriptures to show clarity or understanding and is not to take away from the inspirited Word of God.

When used, the words satan or devil are not capitalized deliberately, because we give him no place in our lives.
